Toys as far as the eye can see!
We, the toy team, were at the toy fair in Nuremberg and discovered lots of new, crazy, exciting and fun toys. But shhhh...! We're not giving too much away just yet, but we'll keep surprising you with cool new products all year round.
What we are looking forward to the most

"By far the coolest product at the trade fair was the drone from Xiro "Xplorer Mini". It is small, foldable and therefore easy to transport. At the same time, it delivers brilliant image quality and has every feature that a large drone also offers (GPS, follow-me function, take-off and landing function at the touch of a button, return home function, etc.). An ingenious drone with a chic design and an interchangeable cover."

"Just one highlight? We've seen so many cool things; I can't decide. As I'm a big fan of high-quality wooden toys, I think the new marble run from Hape Quadrilla "Space City" is particularly beautiful. The special thing about it: It glows in the dark! Then there's another dog that I can't get out of my head: "Chip". My advice to all parents: buy this dog rather than a real puppy, which is more work than most people realise (expected to be released in November)."

"Without a doubt: LEGO. In 2016, LEGO will be releasing some incredibly cool new products, especially around Christmas. I can't give anything away yet, but I can say this much: LEGO has outdone itself as always. They will be innovative, fascinating and impressive products that have a high play value for children and also challenge adults when building."

"I can hardly wait: the film "Finding Dory", the sequel to "Finding Nemo", will be released on 29 September. To coincide with this, beautiful soft toys and a wide range of other licensed products from Nemo and Dory will be launched. So "just keep swimming" and the film premiere will be here soon!"
The facts of the trade fair
More than 2,800 exhibitors from over 60 countries are represented at the Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg and more than 70,000 visitors from 120 countries come to the fair. Over one million products are exhibited there, including 75,000 new products. That doesn't just sound impressive, it is. And we certainly haven't seen everything.
I love the strategy game “The Settlers of Catan”, the Ravensburger puzzle “Colourful Cupcakes” and the pink fluffy unicorn that sits on my desk (a birthday present from my workmates). Not only do I have a weakness for toys, I also get excited about good food and comedy TV shows.
