Time for yourself - relaxation within your own four walls

The cold season is not all gloomy. On the contrary: I, for one, love to make myself cosy at home and enjoy my own home. Time in the bath with scented oils and candlelight or wrapped up in a cosy blanket with a good book can work wonders. Treat yourself to some time for yourself - with these products and my personal input, it's sure to work.
Time for a relaxing bath
What could be better for the soul than a warm bubble bath in absolute silence and exclusively by candlelight (perhaps in combination with a back massage)? For me, this is a wonderful way to relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind me.
Time for a lovingly prepared, home-cooked meal
Being able to cook in peace means pure relaxation for me. Chopping fresh vegetables and then being able to arrange the food with herbs in peace and quiet brings me serenity and balance. A glass of wine does the rest...

Time for a good book
Wrapped up in a cosy blanket with my favourite tea: that's how I like to read my crime novels. If I then happen to have gingerbread hearts at home and they are brought to my couch, the evening is perfect for me.
Time for nail care
Sunday evening, while I'm watching Tatort, is always the perfect time to take care of my nails (cut, file, oil and polish cuticles). My favourite nail polish at the moment is gold glitter nail polish, as it looks super festive and is therefore perfect for winter. After that, my weekend look is also suitable for work again and I can start the new week relaxed.
