Products that could appeal to commuters
Switzerland - a country of commuters: 250,000 working people use public transport every day. Are you one of them? Then you're in luck! We've put together a selection of Galaxus products that could make your life easier.
Who hasn't experienced this situation: leaving the house on time in the morning to catch the train and getting to work on time. These little things are a big help if you have to hurry!

Modern people take either their coffee or tea directly with them and, thanks to their insulated cup, don't fill up the train bins. Many of our customers swear by Emsa brand cups. They're lightweight, completely leak-proof and easy to clean. They don't tip over when the train passes a switch on the way out of the station and their insulation is perfect: we've even had reports of a forgotten coffee in the bag still smoking in the evening (!) on the way home.
Arrived on the platform, we wait quietly for the train to arrive and we already know exactly where the doors will open. The first commuters of the morning get off. As usual, you have your two or three favourite seats where you try to sit down. As well as a smartphone and a check-up of the morning paper headlines, there are other survival tools that make the train journey more enjoyable!
What do you do when your smartphone battery suddenly gives out? Prudent commuters have of course taken their charger with them. Professional commuters who think of others have a double connector with them: so there's no arguing about who's using the socket and, between seat neighbours, you can even swap a few battery-saving tips.
Some nice acquaintances in the spotlight: sometimes, on slightly longer train journeys, you'd like to be able to work in peace and quiet. I've also been known to get on the train and (thanks to the GA) make the round trip to Chur - simply because the atmosphere and the varied landscapes help you to come up with ideas. When I'm developing concepts or writing texts, I don't necessarily want my neighbours squinting at my notebook. For work on the screen, you can buy a protective film that only allows you to read what's displayed on the screen when you're looking straight at it. Another positive point is that the screen no longer reflects.
If you've been partying all weekend and don't want it to show (we're talking dark circles that give you away), cult Ray Ban sunglasses could help.
Sometimes you can only manage to think when you're playing with something. It's even scientifically proven that manual activities get your brain working. Whether you abuse a stress ball or an eraser, it's up to you. We've got Sheldon from "Big Bang Theory" for you to play with. You can take it out on it and it always returns to its original shape.
And where do we store all this stuff and present it in more good ways? In the trendy retro backpack from Herschel. You can fit a laptop, the insulated tumbler, Sheldon and much more...
We've saved the best for last. It weighs just 68 grams, takes up almost no space, yet holds 20 litres. It's very practical for going shopping. Introducing the ultra-compact Sea to Summit backpack - a must-have wherever you go. The double seams are particularly robust and the bag is also waterproof. Ideal for stowing in your Herschel rucksack.
I hope we've been able to bring you some interesting items!
