Our highlights from the "Kind+Jugend" trade fair in Cologne
The entire industry meets once a year at the "Kind+Jugend" trade fair. Our Galaxus Baby team was right in the thick of it. In addition to countless new products, lots of inspiration and even more Jööö factor, there were also some trends to discover. As the trade fair is only open to trade visitors, we present our highlights here.
Anikó - has the overview as leader
The new Maxi-Cosi has won me over! The "Axissfix Plus 2018" can be rotated 360 degrees at the touch of a button. This means I can open the car door, turn the seat round and take my little one out without having to contort myself. The child seat has four TCS stars and can be used from birth up to the age of four. My favourite colour? Difficult to decide, I like any of the six colours.

Anna - knows her way around baby clothes and furniture
The focus for me was on the nursery area. There was something for every furnishing style. The focus is primarily on high-quality materials and modern designs. The furnishings in children's rooms are also increasingly being adapted to the overall interior design. Not only is a high chair or the nursery becoming more stylish, but a baby blanket is also increasingly "draped" on the sofa or a night light is used as decoration. Pastel colours are far from out and concrete and wood looks for the nursery are on the rise. You can look forward to many new designs.
Ümmü - the specialist for baby transport
I think it's super cool that so many compact buggies are coming next year. My favourite model is the "Pockit" from gb, which is very easy to fold and unfold, is super light and compact and also looks stylish. It saves a lot of space, fits perfectly on the plane and is one of the best holiday companions. Off on holiday!
Lili - the unicorn-loving marketing fairy
A brand newcomer, I was surprised at how often a "yay" slipped out of my mouth at the fair. I obviously loved the unicorns the most. Contrary to my fears that the topic might be over, I found unicorns everywhere. As a cuddly toy, as a sleeping bag motif, as a lamp, as a biscuit or simply as a wall decoration - everything was there. I certainly want everything. Who else? ;) And psssst: I also came across lots of flamingos...
