Love the scent of fresh laundry? This perfume’s for you!

Fresh Laundry by Clean Beauty Collective isn’t a complex, poetic perfume. Quite the opposite, in fact. It’s a no-frills fragrance that’s almost uninspiringly simple compared to others. I’m a fan.
Some perfume names are so simple and descriptive that you can literally smell the scent even before you hold the test strip to your nose. Clean Beauty Collective is great at producing these kinds of perfumes. Their simple product names such as Pure Soap, Rain and Simply Clean had me and my mom tied to the shelf sniffing our way through their range for a good half hour during our vacation in Denmark. I found it almost impossible to choose a favourite – they’re all great.
In the end, we both decided on Fresh Laundry from the Classic range. It’s a universal, fresh unisex fragrance that wraps your senses in a cosy cloud of comfort and reminds me of a relaxed Sunday at home. My favourite time to wear it is on rainy days. Or for sports. According to the manufacturer, the top notes include orange, lime and freshly cut grass (which I can’t make out, to be honest). The heart notes are rose oil and night jasmine, while solstice and woody musk form the base notes.

Inspired by the nostalgic scent of laundry drying under a clear blue sky. A blend of citrus notes and freshly cut grass offers an instant fresh appeal. A bouquet of subtle florals enveloped in a mist of musk creates an airy softness.
Clean Beauty Collective’s perfumes, which are all vegan and produced without testing on animals, are designed to be combined with each other. Another one of their perfumes I’d recommend is Sparkling Sugar. It’s a much lighter, sweeter and playful fragrance from the Reserve range that’s composed of cassis, peach, white musk and tonka beans, among others:

As a massive Disney fan, I see the world through rose-tinted glasses. I worship series from the 90s and consider mermaids a religion. When I’m not dancing in glitter rain, I’m either hanging out at pyjama parties or sitting at my make-up table. P.S. I love you, bacon, garlic and onions.
