Galaxus now has a 30-day right of return policy

With immediate effect, digitec and Galaxus clients can return all products (with minor exceptions) within 30 days. The former return policy allowed 14 days since delivery or pick-up.
Good news for all digitec and Galaxus clients: From today, both online shops have a 30-day right of return policy on almost all products. “As Swiss market leader, we want to set a good example with our new service guidelines,” Digitec Galaxus CEO Florian Teuteberg explains.
This 30-day return policy applies to all products that are bought on digitec or Galaxus – irrespective of whether an article was on stock when the order was placed or had to be obtained specifically for the customer.
As usual, some product categories such as food and sanitary products can’t be returned. You can find all details on the digitec and Galaxus return policy here.
One more exception: Products from third-party providers are subject to a 14-day return policy. “We are working on providing the same service for these products, too,” Florian Teuteberg states. The Galaxus merchant programme with clearly marked third-party providers started in October 2016 and allows companies such as Qualipet, Kare Design, M-Way and Rhomerg Schmuck to offer their range of products on Galaxus.
