Johannes, how are your plants shipped?
Shipping a plant is indeed a challenging task. All plants ordered from us are packed upright in suitable cardboard boxes and padded all round to prevent them from falling over. Our delivery partners are obliged to store and deliver the plant boxes as they are collected. For larger orders or for very different plants, the plants are packed in several containers.
And how long does it take for a plant to reach me?
The delivery usually reaches our customers within seven working days, often it takes less.
Where are the plants bred and grown?
We buy young plants from specialised nurseries, usually in Switzerland. They arrive at our nursery and are re-potted if necessary. They are then given a place in the cultivation areas and grow here under the best conditions for at least one vegetation cycle before they are sold.
So they are made fit.

Are there any guarantees that the plants you buy will not die?

Plants are living beings, they have different requirements in terms of light, moisture and soil conditions. A plant for sunny locations will not survive for long in a shady spot. It is therefore important to know the needs of the plant and take them into account. Our plants are healthy and strong and, with the right care, will live long and thrive splendidly.
