Product details
This plant has been awarded the Suisse Garantie label.
The columnar apple, botanically known as Malus 'Rumba', is a robust and scab-resistant apple tree variety that fits perfectly into smaller gardens and limited spaces with its columnar growth habit. This apple tree prefers a sunny location.
The 'Rumba' columnar apple tree flowers from April to May.
The fruits have a greenish-yellow base colour and are almost completely covered in red, crisp and juicy to the bite. The flavour of the fruit is very aromatic. The apples are ripe to eat from October to March.
Note: Please note that the plant may look different from the pictures depending on the vegetation cycle.
Container plants
Our container plants grow in plastic pots and - apart from frost-related restrictions - can be planted all year round. Unlike balled plants, they do not experience transplant shock and continue to grow without interruption if planted correctly.Natural deviations possible
Plants are living organisms. They may therefore differ from the specifications in terms of colour, growth height, flowering time or leaf fall. The characteristics stated in the product descriptions are for guidance only and do not constitute binding assurances. The pictures show sample plants - the delivered specimen may differ in appearance and stage of development.Plant variety | Fruit |
