Digitec’s St. Gallen store reopens in new location
Digitec’s St. Gallen branch will open its doors at a new location on Bionstrasse this week. Easily accessible by public transport and by car, the store has over 4,000 products available for immediate pick-up.
The Digitec store in St. Gallen’s Silberturm shopping centre is no more. As of today, Switzerland’s largest online retailer will be serving its St. Gallen customers from a newly opened branch on Bionstrasse, not far from the Kybunpark Shopping Arena. The new location’s reachable by public transport from the city centre within a few minutes via bus lines 3 and 4. It’s also easily accessible by car for the steadily growing number of customers based in the surrounding towns. Plus, the store has parking.
The same high-quality service – with some minor improvements
Despite the change of scenery, the service will stay the same. Digitec customers will still be able to pick up products they’ve ordered online, take care of returns or warranty claims and ask store staff for advice. In addition, the on-site stockroom boasts 4,000 products available for immediate pick-up. Customers who prefer to shop even more conveniently can take advantage of flash delivery: Digitec’s same-day, packaging-free, environmentally friendly home delivery service.
The new St. Gallen Winkeln branch is a marker of Digitec Galaxus’s efforts to strengthen its connection with customers in Eastern Switzerland – through better transport links and first-class service.
