The K-beauty product I always carry with me

I take sun protection seriously, which is why I conscientiously apply cream to my face day after day. But the backs of my hands? I’ve neglected those for far too long. All the smearing about is too annoying when you wash your hands often. I’ve finally found a hack.

The perfect companion

The lightweight Hyaluronic Acid Airy Sun Stick from Isntree has a sun protection factor of 50 and, thanks to its compact format, is easy to pack in your handbag and reapply during the day. For example, after washing your hands, which I do quite frequently. With its slim, elongated teardrop shape, you can work a large area while also gliding easily over and around your knuckles.

The formula is surprisingly light and not sticky in the least. So, it won’t replace a nourishing hand cream if you’ve got dry hands. The stick leaves only a fleeting, refreshing feeling on the skin along with its UV filter – nothing more. Even my friends who tried the stick were amazed that they didn’t feel the product on the back of their hands, despite applying it generously. This makes the stick a handy alternative to cream sunscreen.

Sometimes the tiniest details can make or break the way our skin feels, our hair looks or our make-up pops. In my Blazing Beauty Tips series, I share useful techniques and products with you that I’ve either discovered myself or stolen from the pros.

As a massive Disney fan, I see the world through rose-tinted glasses. I worship series from the 90s and consider mermaids a religion. When I’m not dancing in glitter rain, I’m either hanging out at pyjama parties or sitting at my make-up table. P.S. I love you, bacon, garlic and onions.
