Cast your votes: We’re playing a game
Major cutbacks, import of cheap power or viable health care reforms? In our current ad campaign, we’re asking you to take a vote.
Leading up to any election or vote, we find ourselves swamped in cheap advertising brochures and obtrusive posters covered in slogans. But if politics come up with poor advertising, advertising will take revenge with poor politics.
In our current campaign, we’re playing a round of nonsense democracy with you: In the coming weeks, our propaganda machinery is going to hit you with posters and billboards covered in voting recommendations and slogans in German and French. And our online banners are inviting you to vote: We’ll ask you to say yes or no to a few topics and will then offer you a product that matches your opinion.
This page will feature a weekly extrapolation of all votes. You’ll also get the chance to present your personal election forecasts, rant about the results, analyse the general political climate or express your critical view of the system. We’ll communicate the final results of the vote on 25 September and hold a prim and proper celebration for our products elect.
What’s in it for you? Nothing really. But we will gain influence, power and wealth. That’s how good advertising works. Or bad politics.
