
Boxer braids tutorial with a glittering happy ending
Braided hairstyles are part of the open-air programme. But how exactly do you conjure up a 'plaited braid' as a complete beginner? In the last part of our tutorial series, braid pro Carla Opetnik shows you how to create asymmetric, glittering boxer braids with a little practice.
What's better than boxer braids? Boxer braids with glitter! Admittedly, the answer will hardly surprise anyone, as pretty much everything is better when you spice it up with a pinch of glitter. Please keep this conclusion in mind when reading, it will be important later on.

Shine, shimmer, glimmer
- The more different sizes of glitter you mix, the cooler the effect.
 - The finer the glitter, the harder it will be to get it out of your hair later.
 
And as a little warning: Please never use glitter glue for this purpose. You'll never get that stuff washed out again.
And please don't ask me how I got it all out of my hair again. Maybe one day I'll be ready to talk about this slightly traumatic experience. Would make a good follow-up story, wouldn't it?
