The survival game with Pokémon-like animals that shoot around with guns is a huge success. Despite selling eight million units within a week, it has also been widely criticised. "Palworld" is said to have shamelessly copied Pokémon. We categorise the situation
2023 was a record year for the games industry, in both a positive and negative sense. Although games made hefty profits, the number of redundancies increased. This negative trend looks set to get even worse this year.
Netflix is cancelling the cheapest basic plan in the first regions. We explain what this has to do with a five billion US dollar wrestling deal.
The last instalment was a flop and contained more locusts than dinosaurs. Nevertheless, the next "Jurassic Park" part is probably already in the starting blocks. And there is reason to hope for an improvement.
There is less hope for the Marvel series "Echo". It didn't even manage to inspire our superhero aficionado Luca.
The situation is completely different with "Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth". The eighth instalment of the crazy yakuza soap opera is bigger and wackier than ever. We can recommend it almost without reservation.
Things are calmer in "Enshrouded". The survival game scores with a fantastic building mode and a huge game world.
