I purchased a regular Windows 11 licence from you. The product key was covered with a scratch-off layer on the packaging. When I uncovered it, this layer unfortunately bonded so strongly with the print that the key became unreadable or damaged.
After my enquiry with Digitec Support, I only received the advice to carefully remove the key. As this is no longer possible and you apparently do not provide replacement keys yourself, I am now without a usable licence - even though I purchased the software regularly.
Does anyone have any idea how I can still get my valid licence key? Is it possible to obtain a replacement key using the proof of purchase or the serial number on the packaging?
