Hello everyone, does anyone have the Mercusys mb520 5g router and is it the same with you that the lan 1 connection does not work I have also ordered a new one as a test even with the lan 1 does not work helpee:(

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

So far, no order from Digitec has ever arrived in my milk crate the next day as promised. I don't know what this has to do with, except that it probably has to do with my location (Chur). Does anyone have the same problem? I would also like to know if the alternative pickmeup service fulfils this promise(?). Thank you
