Battery does not charge
Hello, I bought a Trekstor E11B yesterday, connected the power cable and started transferring data. After 10 minutes I noticed that the battery was not charging. However, there is power. I also tried a second socket, without success. Since this is the first time in 9 years that I have bought a notebook, I wonder if I should change the settings?
