Sage

Hey Galaxus, Generally, galaxus has the best customer service/experience, but this time I feel a bit hard-done by the experience of buying the coffee machine. The price fluctuations and the "discounts" on the sage machine really don't make sense. I bought this machine on the black friday when it was discounted from 2009 CHF to 1859 CHF, the price then reduced to 1799CHF and now we have yet another offer which reduces the prices by 15% (270CHF) which is really a non-trivial amount. While I understand the perils of price fluctuations and obsolescence of technology, such heavy price fluctuations on expensive coffee machines within a really short span of time is not good customer experience. One can sort-of expect this with a rapidly changing technology (like televisions, mobile phones etc.) but really sad when this happens to a product like a top of the line coffee machine from a brand like Sage.
