So, if I return a product in its original packaging and 10% is still deducted from the price, I will simply resell the item here in future. That can't be right... I had to switch to another item because the promised delivery date was not met, so I had to return the original item I ordered. Label on it and back. I had to pay for the shipping and now I have to pay a 10% handling fee because Galaxus didn't deliver on time. Sorry, I think that's cheeky...
