Which carrier is used to ship Pioneer goods from digitec? Example: Audio device 7kg.

As you know, since this summer, QR bills should be the new standard (and thus *replace* the old bills). https://www.paymentstandards.ch/de... Unfortunately, Digitec, as a well-known "digital affine" company, has not yet managed this... (but sells invoice forms https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/elco-rechnungsformular-fuer-qr-rechnungen-1000x-formular-13191741) Wouldn't it be about time to introduce this here? Especially since Twint was kicked out? It's the same with e-bill. It would be incredibly practical, but it's nowhere to be found... A request to support was answered with: "I can imagine that we will implement this [QR invoices]"...

After returning an item, they tried to explain to me that they would not take it back and argued with incorrect information about Digitec's returns policy. As a consumer, I don't think that's great to be honest. Hopefully I will remain an isolated case here.

I recently bought a rare LEGO set, and unfortunately, the original box arrived visibly damaged. As a collector, this was incredibly disappointing—not just because of the aesthetics, but because the condition of the original packaging significantly affects the value and integrity of the set. When I contacted Galaxus about the issue, this was their response: “Please note that the outer packaging and original packaging are used to protect products during transportation. Damage – especially to the original packaging – may be unattractive, but is not a cause for concern as long as the product itself is undamaged and in perfect working order. Damage to the packaging can therefore not be processed as transport damage.” Honestly, I found this quite frustrating. This kind of reply completely downplays how important the original box is—especially for rare or retired sets. To many of us in the LEGO community, the box is PART of the product. It’s not just cardboard. It represents the set’s history, collector value, and resale potential. A damaged box can mean a significant drop in value—even if the bricks inside are untouched. I’m shocked that a sales operations specialist handling collectible items doesn’t seem to recognize this. I’m curious—has anyone else had similar experiences? How do you usually deal with sellers who don’t understand the collector’s perspective?

Caution !!! Aerothane weak point, valve overtightens quickly. Even during assembly, you notice that the plastic thread is too flexible or too thin for the valve and it overtightens with little force and air escapes.

There are again highwaymen suppliers like Orderflow lying in wait. The best example at the moment is the RC car section where I wrote a comment as a warning in the reviews of the Kyosho Tomahawk: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s5/product/kyosho-110-ep-racing-tomahawk-kit-rc-auto-5598491 Prices far above normal retail prices and delivery times currently into October 2025, although reputable specialist suppliers either have this product in stock or can deliver it in 14 days at the latest. Digitec/Galaxus hides behind the slogan "We are just a marketplace" in the best Temu manner and does nothing about it. If Digitec/Galaxus describe themselves as the most reputable and honest supplier, then Digitec/Galaxus must take action against Orderflow and Co. and clean out the marketplace.
