Park Tool Warranty
Hello together I noticed that Park Tool tools say in the description: "No warranty" ; 30 days return policy. Can you clarify what exactly is meant by this? Is this the manufacturer's warranty - i.e. no repairs? According to OR Art. 210, the guarantee is 2 years. Conditions in the general terms and conditions are not permitted... So if my tool breaks, I get a credit note from Galaxus, but my tool is not repaired/replaced by Park Tool. Is my understanding correct? Thanks in advance for clarification. Happy Christmas everyone
