
Delayed activation with Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s fibre - experiences?
I would like to share my experience with the activation of my Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s fibre subscription - unfortunately negative so far. Has anyone had a similar experience or any tips? Procedure: 27.07.2025: Order with planned start date 04.08.2025. 28/07: OTO ID successfully transmitted. 04 August: No activation - neither router (Zyxel AX7501) nor activation email received. 04.08.: Contact to support. Answer: "Error during order", case was forwarded to specialist department - no time given for solution. 06.08.: Request for concrete time schedule - no response to date (10.08.). Did you experience similar delays? How long did the post-processing take?
