Max Hauri is at home in the analogue world and brings multi-value products to the market. However, the digital products of the maxSMART series with software connection are unusable. The support is very friendly and responds quickly, but unfortunately this is of no use when you end up with an amateurish development team. The update in the app, which was supposed to fix my problem and was released after half a year, has limited the functionality even more. Basic functions from the product description can now no longer be guaranteed. A great pity. The management has probably saved in the wrong place.
