hello, from what i understand, this disk has 3years warranty ... i have bought 2 units from digitech in december 2014 unfortunately it seems one of the units "died" some days ago when connecting this disk to my mac it never get mounted the blue light is blinking ... endless i have checked on internet if there is some sort of "reset" function to bypass this issue ... but i can find nothing i can do how do i proceed? i have backup data saved on this disk that i would like to get back i have backup of this backup but still i would prefer, obviously, to avoid all the extra work please let me know your comments
