I've had your syphon for about twenty years and I still enjoy using it. However, my tips are no longer as fresh as they used to be and I can't find a distributor where I can buy them.

Start-up problem
For my first use of your device. I have a problem with a kisag crème brûlée appliance, can you explain why I have no flame? So no spark for the ignition.
