After we had waited 6 months for our sauna and had been delayed again and again, the goods arrived after a long waiting time, heavily damaged and with a missing stove. Karibu is of the opinion that the stove is not included in the delivery. We as customers see it differently. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction is not to be found with this company, but instead the money is taken out of your pocket. We recommend that Galaxus remove such companies from its range.

My printer has probably crashed during the installation of a new firmware. This printer does not have a display but only buttons and LEDs as indicators. The filter functions of Galaxus are already quite good (in most categories) and are getting better and better, so here's a new suggestion: It would be good if you could **exclude** entries instead of just including them. For example, if I'm looking for products that come from somewhere other than China, that would be helpful. Or everything except PTFE coating, and so on.

I ordered 4 RFIDs for 13.70 francs, and I went to collect this order in Bern at the branch and they only gave me 1 RFID. I asked for my 4 RFIDs. I was told to claim them online. I refused because I had to go to the shop to collect my order. So I asked for my money back straight away, which they gave me. But I find this unacceptable and unreliable. Travelling to the branch and then having to deal with the problem online is unacceptable.
