Can you imagine adding the HP Dev One to the range if it comes to Europe? The first laptop from a major manufacturer that was developed for Linux from the start would be a good addition to the Digitec range. You have already covered kaiOS or Murena (/e/ OS) in your own articles. And some broader accessibility for Linux devices would be a good thing, not only for developers and hardcore Linux users.

I bought a HP printer in Switzerland. After emigrating to Brazil, I found out that I cannot buy the HP 304 cartridges here. I read on the website that the replacement type HP 664 is intended for this. Unfortunately, I found out that the printer does not recognise them. The HP hotline (free of charge only on Whatsapp) referred me to the HP Switzerland ordering site. When I order there, I don't know what fees (postage, customs) I will have to pay and how long it will take for them to reach me. I don't understand why a printer needs a different cartridge name for each continent. I have now taken my cartridges to a refill service and if that doesn't work I will dispose of the printer. I will dispose of the printer and change to another brand.

Hello all, I have a docking station HP Thunderbolt Dock 120 W G2 at home for my HP notebook (business laptop) with 2 monitors. It works wonderfully until I am done with work. At the same time I have the HP Omen GT13-0952nz at home. Now I have a luxury problem, I always have to move my mouse / keyboard as well as the screens, which is a bit annoying for me. My question is, is there a possibility to work with a HUB, so that I can print only one button and switch between my notebook and gaming PC? Greetings F

In my specific case, I bought 3 new laptops to replace old ones. It is not possible to dispose of the old devices beforehand or to put them away, otherwise the cashback won't work, because you need the serial numbers of the old devices. And the serial numbers of the new units. And the price of the new units. And the invoice number of the new units. Although you also have to send the invoice. The VAT number and the IBAN must also be entered exactly as requested by HP, i.e. without dots, spaces or anything else (it would be too much to ask HP to do a trimming). I lost almost half an hour on this crap for just 3 devices. I have never experienced such a cumbersome cashback procedure before. In future, I will study the conditions for HP cashbacks before I buy.
