Hello everyone, I'm looking for a laptop to take back to school in September. I'm starting a Bachelor's degree in IT and communication systems, with a focus on software computing, and I'm looking for a reliable device that will accompany me throughout my studies. I want to find the best PC that combines the requirements of my school and my personal preferences. Here are the criteria I need to meet: - Operating system: Windows (Macbooks not supported). - Release year: I'd like a model from 2024 or 2025. - Processor: - Intel Core i5, i7, i9 (9th generation or higher) - Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, 9 (series 1 or higher) - AMD Ryzen 5/7/9 (series 4XXX or higher) - RAM memory: 32 GB (16 GB being the minimum requirement). - Storage: An SSD of 1 TB or more. - Screen: Around 15.6 inches (14 inches minimum). - Graphics card: A dedicated card is highly desirable (but not compulsory). - Battery life: I'm hoping it will last a day of lessons. - Weight: It should be light enough for everyday use. - Budget: Ideally under 3000 CHF. Hello, I'm wondering about the relevance and, above all, the morality of selling products that are banned for use in Switzerland? As a reminder, electric scooters exceeding 20km/h are banned from circulation in Switzerland. Of course, you're bound to tell me that these machines can be used on private land without being on the public highway, but that's an argument in bad faith, because we know where these vehicles end up in the end. Serious accidents are on the increase and Galaxus should ask itself whether it is responsible for some of these accidents.

I would like to share my experience with the activation of my Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s fibre subscription - unfortunately negative so far. Has anyone had a similar experience or any tips? Procedure: 27.07.2025: Order with planned start date 04.08.2025. 28/07: OTO ID successfully transmitted. 04 August: No activation - neither router (Zyxel AX7501) nor activation email received. 04.08.: Contact to support. Answer: "Error during order", case was forwarded to specialist department - no time given for solution. 06.08.: Request for concrete time schedule - no response to date (10.08.). Did you experience similar delays? How long did the post-processing take?

Last week I wanted to order an expensive lens and a tablet. Because I wasn't at home at the beginning of the week, I tried to schedule the order (placed on Wednesday evening, expected delivery on Friday). Unfortunately, the Nikon lens was already 200.- more expensive, so I removed it from the order. And last but not least, the tablet was misdirected, so it won't be delivered until next Monday at the earliest, when I won't be at home again. What a pity!
