I placed a relatively large order on 17.8.25 today 2.9.25 the order is still outstanding unfortunately I paid the invoice in advance. I can understand that everything is taking a little longer because of the remodelling, but GALAXUS doesn't usually have such long delivery times. too bad for the good name, which has very versatile offers

After the experience I have now had with ordering without haste, I will never use this again. Stock items are not dispatched, so you can easily wait a month for products that have been ordered from the supplier. When these arrive, despatch then starts within weeks. Well done, very poor service to this otherwise useful selection option.

Why can't I find flat network cables with 30m or longer? There are dozens on Amazon.

Who would like it ? I can't cope with it 700 with cover, cable and charging plug.

Hi, I've been ordering from Galaxus for a while now. 2 years ago, deliveries were made within 3 days maximum. For the last few months (end of 2024), disaster, even Temu has been delivering faster, the delivery times have gone from 10 days to 3 months, which is a bit excessive for a site that boasts about delivering quickly when you have to validate the order... Am I the only one with this kind of 'problem'? It's getting a bit annoying because you see the so-called 3-day delivery time and you order because you need it "urgently", but no, it's put off until 3 months later... One thing's for sure, I'm waiting for my last order to be delivered, and then I'll be finished with this site, which is increasingly disappointing... Hopefully someone from Galaxus will see this message as we can't contact them....
