Price question?
Can someone explain to me why Dove costs 5.60 here and almost half that in any Coop or other? Is that a mistake or is the unit wrong? And then there are good reviews?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a laptop to take back to school in September. I'm starting a Bachelor's degree in IT and communication systems, with a focus on software computing, and I'm looking for a reliable device that will accompany me throughout my studies. I want to find the best PC that combines the requirements of my school and my personal preferences. Here are the criteria I need to meet: - Operating system: Windows (Macbooks not supported). - Release year: I'd like a model from 2024 or 2025. - Processor: - Intel Core i5, i7, i9 (9th generation or higher) - Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, 9 (series 1 or higher) - AMD Ryzen 5/7/9 (series 4XXX or higher) - RAM memory: 32 GB (16 GB being the minimum requirement). - Storage: An SSD of 1 TB or more. - Screen: Around 15.6 inches (14 inches minimum). - Graphics card: A dedicated card is highly desirable (but not compulsory). - Battery life: I'm hoping it will last a day of lessons. - Weight: It should be light enough for everyday use. - Budget: Ideally under 3000 CHF. My main use will be software development. Does anyone have any recommendations for models that match these criteria or any feedback to share? Thanks in advance for your advice!

Will the next level racing Flight Simulator MSFS Edition be available at Galaxus at some point?

Has anybody been using MoCA adapters in Switzerland? Many may have unused CableTV cabling in your homes, it could be a cheap way of extending networks with 2.5Gbs. "MoCA stands for Multimedia over Coaxial Alliance. It is a type of connection that uses the existing coaxial wiring in a building to deliver high-speed internet throughout the home, but without the hassle of drilling holes or running additional cable." Would be nice if Digitec would look into offering a variety of adapters, ie: goCoax, Asus, etc.

In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?
