I bought a secondhand coffee machine and I was delivered a very dirty machine, unfortunately the customer service could not offer me a satisfactory solution until today and unfortunately the seller could never be reached!!!!!!

So far, no order from Digitec has ever arrived in my milk crate the next day as promised. I don't know what this has to do with, except that it probably has to do with my location (Chur). Does anyone have the same problem? I would also like to know if the alternative pickmeup service fulfils this promise(?). Thank you
