Is there anywhere you can specify that you do NOT want Planzer as a supplier? Announced for Saturday - today is Monday afternoon and now comes the message: Sorry your delivery is late. And when will it arrive? The frog in the pond doesn't know that any more than I do. I want Planzer excluded as a supplier.

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

sorting cat food by cheapest first is pretty pointless if no price per 100gr is taken as a value. should be adjusted. if you then filter by sparpack and various individual packets of 55gr come at >1CHF, then it becomes impossible to find something cheap without analysing the complete assortment.
