Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I am looking for a rice cooker WITHOUT a non-stick coating. The Galaxus adverts have been very bad for a long time: it started for me with the ski tourer who "brunches" in the snow. The latest adverts are far too frequent because they are so incredibly stupid.
