Xiaomi

Xiaomi Corporation is a Chinese electronics company headquartered in Beijing and founded by Lei Juni in 2010. Xiaomi produced high-quality smartphones, which are comparable to the flagships we know in Switzerland. Notably, they produce smartphones which run on their own interface version of Android MIUI, which differentiates Xiaomi from other suppliers of Android firmware.

In December 2013, Xiaomi Tech briefly made it to the top of the Chinese smartphone market. The Xiaomi Mi 5, which was presented at the Mobile World Congress 2016, attracted the attention of our product managers. With its CE certification for the European market, nothing stood in the way of making this phone available to our customers on digitec.ch.
