Hiking jackets tested

For this test, we travelled through the Bergisches Land on days with light rain as well as for an insulation and warmth test on the mountain ranges around Lake Walchsee in Austria. The brief cold snap in mid-September supported the assessment in terms of insulation and thermal performance. The DWRs were exposed to comparable wet conditions (showers). In addition to the cut, the feel and feel of the garment were also important to us in terms of comfort.
