Test facial scrub

Bravo: Solid microplastic particles have disappeared from facial scrubs. Not quite so bravo: Some products still contain synthetic polymers that are difficult to break down, as our test shows. We see red three times: the scrubs from the Sebamed and Cattier brands are found to contain toxic arsenic, while Burt's Bees contains formaldehyde/formaldehyde releasers.
