Ergometer tested - Exercise bike with clear weaknesses

Our ergometer test shows that many deliver incorrect training values, are contaminated with harmful substances and have safety deficiencies. Two from 700 euros are conditionally recommended. None of the eight ergometers tested by Stiftung Warentest delivered correct training values in all performance ranges. Many models are also unsafe or contain harmful substances. Only two exercise bikes can be recommended with reservations. Our test protects against expensive bad purchases.
