Test Report

Quilts tested

Synthetic or natural fibres? Good duvets for the cold season are available with both fillings - for well under 100 euros. This is what the Stiftung Warentest quilt test shows. In addition to 11 synthetic duvets, we also tested 3 winter duvets made of camel hair, merino wool and a hemp-cotton mix. All the duvets tested kept warm. But some blankets shrink when washed to become children's blankets or become transparent in places because the filling slips.
