The best dishwashing detergents in the test clean powerfully and are high-yielding, especially concentrates. They usually dissolve food residues better than classic dishwashing detergents. Three eco-brands are disappointing. A cause for concern: 19 of 26 products contain a preservative that can trigger allergies.
