When robots mow the lawn, the playing field becomes a no-go area. Six out of eight robotic lawn mowers tested fulfil their main task well. However, none of the models are sufficiently prepared for children playing. Due to safety deficiencies, two robotic lawn mowers were therefore only given a poor rating. None of the models (prices: 800 to 2,850 euros) achieved more than a satisfactory rating.
