Difficult to say. I weighed about 70-75 kilos after giving birth/while breastfeeding and had a C cup before the birth. The nursing bra is meeeeega comfortable and I'm still wearing it a year after weaning.
I orientated myself on my dress size. The bra is very comfortable and stretchy.
