Does this jacket also include a separable padding? In addition to pockets, are there zips for ventilation?

The North Face Jazzi 3L GTX is a three-layer Gore-Tex hardshell jacket without a removable inner lining. It was designed as a pure shell jacket and offers excellent weather protection (waterproof, breathable and windproof), but does not contain an insulating layer. The jacket is ideal for hiking, mountaineering or ski touring.

For ventilation, the jacket has underarm zips that can be opened for additional air circulation.
