To lace and adjust the XH series: The round knots go through an eyelet but need to be sufficiently stretched to reduce the diameter of the locking knot. Depending on the desired compression index, you need to loosen the "stretch" of the knots; repeat the adjustment process at each eyelet to set the fit of the shoe.
