Unisex jacket with a full-length zipper and a high, double-knitted collar made from high-quality merino wool, produced using a circular knitting technique and featuring thumbholes at the cuffs. The extended back provides optimal protection even during movement. The terry fabric has excellent insulation properties, keeping you warm even when wet and in extremely cold temperatures. These thicker garments are designed as a mid-layer to optimize thermal insulation between the close-fitting functional underwear and the outer layer, which is worn for protection against wind and moisture. They are particularly useful in lower temperatures or during less intense activities. Ullfrotté Original consists of 80% air. It is a knitted terry fabric, with one side being smooth and the other made of terry loops. The airy terry loops combined with the crimped structure of the wool create a knit that traps a lot of air, resulting in very good insulation properties. The thicker the layer of air next to the body, the less body heat can escape.
