Instructions

  • Place the cooling packs flat in the freezer for at least 6 hours before departure.
  • Before you start riding, insert the cooling packs into the pockets of the cycling jersey. Place 3 small cooling packs in the pockets on the lower back and under the arms. Put 1 larger cooling pack in the upper back pocket.
  • Change the cooling packs during the ride if desired (additional cooling packs sold separately).

Care Instructions for the Cycling Jersey

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Hang to dry.
  • Do not bleach. Do not iron.

  • Rinse the cooling packs after use and lay them flat in the freezer.
