Product details
Introducing the AVE 2.0, our most technically advanced skate shoe ever. Anthony Van Engelen continually pushes the boundaries of skateboarding. Together, Vans and AVE have developed our most progressive skate shoes time and again, and his latest pro model is our most uncompromising yet. With Vans' UltimateWaffle™ sole, the AVE 2.0 Knit sets new standards with decades of shoe innovation, combining extra grip and cushioning with support and a technical knit upper. This gives you the best fit and allows you to push your limits while skating—just like AVE.
Ultimate Grip: Our UltimateWaffle sole is made from SickStick™ rubber for uncompromising durability, support, and the perfect grip for skateboarding. The newly developed knit-tech upper provides a sock-like fit, while the molded TPU heel and midfoot offer stability and support.
Boardfeel: Our durable UltraCush™ midsole combined with the UltimateWaffle™ provides the perfect blend of boardfeel and cushioning.
Reinforced for Skateboarding: We have added our innovative RAPIDWELD™ No-Sew construction to the DURACAP™ reinforced suede in high-wear areas to provide lasting protection against griptape. The transparent TPU piece (visible along the midfoot) offers lightweight and durable support while showcasing the UltimateWaffle™ construction.
