1. the current insoles of your shoes are probably removable - if possible, take them out first. 2. place the insoles in the shoe to test the size. 3. measure your foot against the gel insole and cut it along the marked lines with scissors to get the perfect fit for your feet. 4. insert the Scholl GelActiv insoles with the gel side facing down. Replace the insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: To clean, simply wipe with a warm cloth and soap (do not soak).
