The Rush Polar GTX from Scarpa is the right boot for really low temperatures and tours in the snow. It is made of waterproof and abrasion-resistant suede and keeps your feet warm with Gore-Tex Duratherm and PrimaLoft Gold. The sole also offers good grip on snow. It can be adjusted with the classic two-zone lacing and the structure of the sole is designed so that your feet don't get tired so quickly.
