Our proprietary lightweight and breathable Dry Back Contact carrying system is tailored to the female anatomy and features 3D air channels in the EVA back panel, ensuring you sweat less – for more comfort on winter days, especially during strenuous activities.

Winter-specific features include: parallel ski attachment, ice axe, snowboard, and snowshoe attachments, an avalanche safety pocket for quick access to your shovel and probe, a full-length zipper for quick access to the entire contents, and special buckles that are easy to operate even with gloves. Additionally, there is a secure compartment for valuables with a key holder. The Winter Mate is made from robust, double ripstop 420-denier polyester and 750-denier polyester with a PFC-free, water-repellent coating that causes water to bead off and keeps the contents of the backpack dry.
