Three-layer Hardshell Jacket for Ski Touring

As a functional and weatherproof hardshell jacket, the Salewa Sella Free 3L PTX Jacket accompanies skiers on backcountry ski tours. With its three-layer Powertex 3L Crevasse 40D laminate, the ski jacket easily withstands a water column of 20,000 mm. At the same time, the breathable membrane allows moisture to escape from the inside to the outside. A DWR treatment on the surface causes water droplets and snowflakes to bead off the jacket.

Weatherproof Ski Jacket with Snow Skirt and Hood

Salewa equips the Sella Free 3L PTX Jacket with a high collar, helmet-compatible hood, and integrated snow skirt. Additionally, two front pockets with water-repellent zippers and two chest pockets with a Direct-Access system for quicker access enhance the ski touring jacket. With its integrated snow skirt, the Salewa jacket prevents snow from entering even in deep powder. The adjustable sleeve ends feature elastic inner cuffs with thumb loops to ensure that no moisture seeps in through the sleeves. The jacket is fully seam-sealed and includes a practical inner pocket for the ski pass.
