Packable Weather Protection
The Ortles Tirol Wool Responsive Women's Skirt is a very warm, windproof, and water-repellent outer layer. It is versatile and can be easily packed away in a backpack. Its lightweight, stretchy nylon fabrics and elastic hybrid insulation provide a very comfortable fit. The skirt features a PFC-free, permanently water-repellent finish (DWR).

Thermoreactive Insulation
TirolWool® comes from Tyrolean mountain sheep. Due to their high alpine environment, they produce wool with superior insulating properties, which is woven with responsive polyester fibers that incorporate thermoreactive minerals. These minerals recycle the body's natural infrared energy (FIR) and gradually release it back. This enhances blood circulation and oxygen supply, resulting in increased warmth and comfort. Thanks to the high wool content, the skirt keeps the torso and thighs warm even when wet.

The ergonomically designed waistband with stretch inserts and the integrated side zipper allow for easy on and off as well as quick access to the layers underneath. The zipper also serves as a generous ventilation opening.
